All Power BI popups are transparent. They work, I can select things and interact - although nothing can be seen. There are no memory problems in my PC, I tried all solutions on similar problem...

Power BI Desktop ? What version of Desktop do you have installed ? Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling ? Is this the first time you installed Desktop on your computer ?
