Currently there is no easy way of visually telling whether a Table is created via a Calculation Group. We need an icon that reflects this isn't just a 'normal' table - especially given Calc Groups contain logic that might markedly impact what is displayed.

- Please! I tried putting prefixes, but it's bad practice and looks weird. While we are at it, there's no need to reorder calc groups anywhere, leave them where their name sets them (don't do like measure tables, or actually fact tables with all columns hidden -- because columns should be either foreign keys or metrics right?)
