Support the creation of a measure in the time format for use on a y-axis. Currently unable to aggregate.

- I don't understand how this is so low on votes. Is there a more popular variant of this I can add my vote to as well? This seems so ridiculous that we can't show HH:MM:SS on an axis
Please enable this! Can't believe it's available in Excel but not Power BI.
Why is this still not possible? Working with time forms currently a deal breaker for many use cases in order to use powerbi!
There is another Idea for this, maybe these (and the votes) should be consolidated?

Still very annoying that this isn't available. Even the relative new dynamic formatting of a measure doesn't really help, as this doesn't translate well on the axis of a line chart.
