Subscriptions to Bookmarks

The bookmark feature looks great. Would it be useful if there is added functionality which allows subscriptions to be on bookmarks for a report?

this idea was merged with Microsoft Idea (powerbi.com) which already has 1087 votes. Why this one has only ~400?

Fabric schedule as a separate item
I'm using pipelines with schedules. This works for me. But whenever I change a schedule, the pipeline appears as Uncommitted in the Fabric UI, and Source control tells me I've changed the pipeline....
