Sort Matrix Columns

Provide advance sort capabilities for rows and columns in the Matrix control.

For example:

1. If rows are showing 'Rule Category' (Level 1) > 'Rule ID' (Level 2)
2. The interface should allow to sort each level as needed. Sort level 1 ASCENDING, Sort Level 2 DESCENDING
3. Date field is setup for the columns
4. The interface should allow to select the sort order of the Date field. Sort each level of the Columns ASCENDING or DESCENDING.
