Refresh should import sql statement again before refresh .

If you select a Sql View or Acces query or Excel Data Library source the refreresh should bring in the Sql from the source every time before refreshing the data .. This is important because inevitably sql statements will change over time (i.e. An evolving Where clause). This way the control if the data is where it shoukd be at the source and then Powe BI is the UI ... This really shoukd at least be an option but if it became standard it wouldn't hurt anything because if you don't want the sql to change then just don't change the source which is how it works out now anyway...
