Refresh Excels stored in computer

Using Power Query for ETL against multiple data sources and saved as excel in computer but I'm unable to refresh the updated excel via Power BI. Needing to reload again and rework is not an option. ...

Power BI is able to connect to and refresh from Excel workbooks.
