Matrix Visual - column width and word wrap

It would be very helpful if there is the possibility to manually set the column width for each column. Not only by changing it via drag & drop, but also by entering a specific value for the width, so that you can set certain columns to exactly the same width.

For the header, it would be great if you could control the word wrap, similar to Excel, e.g. with "Alt/Return"
