Unfortunately, there are quite a few applications out there that apply HTML-encoding prior to persisting data instead of at rendering time. While it makes perfect sense for Power BI to apply encoding for rendering, it would be great to have a convenient way to avoid double-encoding resulting in text like "This is "nice"." when reporting off the data from such an application. Adding an "HTML decode" transformation to Power Query would be a big help for this.
