Dynamic Measure References & Text for for Personalized Visuals

Personalize Visuals is a great feature that adds flexibility to Power BI reports. However, there are a few issues when personalizing:
 

1. Chart titles remain static
2. Axis titles remain static
3. Visual header tooltips remain static
4. There are limited methods to offer more information through tooltip values

The solution? Create DAX functions which identify the measure and axis fields currently in scope. Allow Visual Header Tooltips and Axis Titles to reference custom measures.

Who does this help? Personalized Visuals address report consumers' need for customization. But report designers currently face a dilemma - offer personalization which may confuse report consumers or disable personalization. This idea is aimed at addressing the usability of personalized visuals, making the report design problem simpler, and making the personalization more user-friendly.

How this could work:

1. Custom values for Visual Header Tooltips and Axis Titles. This is already available for Visual Titles and would be a huge addition.
2. DAX functions INVISUALVALUES([measure]) and INVISUALAXES([column]) which return True/False values. These functions could be used to create dynamic title strings and tooltip values (e.g. Last 30 Days tooltip values that update seamlessly with personalization).
