At my business we created a master template in desktop which has all our data joins thats are most common, we then publish this. See possible solutions to A & B below: A) Then via the desktop, select "Get Data" & search "Power Bi Datasets". You can then select that master template and avoid creating a new dataset per report. B) Then i believe if you are online you can also save a copy of the template and start a new report of the same dataset.
