This is not completed. The idea refered to have duration format not only on Query Editor, but also in Report Editor. The thing is that you can put duration format as hh:mm:ss on Query Editor but it transforms to an integer in seconds on Report Editor. When you work with Service Desk or Call/Contact Center Dashboards it is really necessary to work with duration format. It will be also neccesary to work with these durations on Y Axis in the graphics.
