Allow dynamic headers for Calculation Groups

calculation Groups reduce duplicated DAX, but their Calculation Item names become static Matrix headers such as Current, MTD, QTD, and YTD.

These headers do not tell report consumers which measure is being displayed. When the selected measure is Sales, the headers should be:

Sales | Sales MTD | Sales QTD | Sales YTD

When the selected measure is Cost, they should become:

Cost | Cost MTD | Cost QTD | Cost YTD

Currently display for every measure:
Current, MTD, QTD, and YTD.      

Please allow Calculation Item display names or Matrix column headers to use SELECTEDMEASURENAME() dynamically. Business users should not have to guess what Current represents.
