Power BI Subscriptions: Allow Multiple Users to Manage a Subscription
Currently, a Power BI subscription is managed by the individual who created it. For subscriptions used to distribute business reports to groups of users, this creates unnecessary dependency on a single person.
Please provide the ability to assign multiple owners or managers to a Power BI subscription so authorized users can maintain the same subscription without having to recreate it.
Additional subscription managers should be able to:
- View and edit the subscription configuration
- Add or remove recipients
- Update the schedule and delivery options
- Enable, disable, or run the subscription
- Maintain the subscription when the original creator is unavailable or leaves the organization
For business-critical reporting, subscription management is often a team responsibility rather than an individual responsibility. Allowing multiple designated managers would improve continuity, reduce key-person dependency, and make administration of shared Power BI reports more sustainable.
Ideally, the subscription creator could designate one or more additional managers, or management rights could be granted based on an appropriate Power BI workspace role.

It used to do this and recently changed. Now I get emails every day from our org saying "done" or "thank you". 🥲
