Administrator notifications for refresh failure through Gateway.

Occasionally, an On-Premise Data Gateway server will be having issues. All refreshes running through that Gateway server will be failing. Why is there no way to notify the Gateway Administrators / PowerBi Administrators, of these failures which are indicators of a problem. Report publishers get errors when their reports fail, why is there no way for admins get these alerts by default?
