Additional Report Formatting Tools

After having spent some time in Visual Studio creating Windows Forms, I sorely miss the tools there for centering and spacing controls.

I would like the ability to horizontally center or vertically center visuals, apply equal horizontal or vertical spacing between a series of selected cards, resize multiple selected visuals at once so they all stay the same shape, etc.

Currently to ensure proper spacing we have to do pixel math in the formatting pane for each visual. Since Power BI is a visualization tool, it would be nice to have these features.
