My idea is to have a feature to add a user to multiple workspaces all at once and a setting that allows specified users to become admins for newly created workspaces automatically.
Right now we have many workspaces and are forced to add ourselves manually to each and every workspace. And because service principals that wish to use the Power BI API require access to workspaces, these services also need to be added manually. What happens if a new workspaces is created? IT and the API does not see it, so constant tracking is required.
