Add support for JSON_OBJECTAGG and JSON_ARRAYAGG

JSON_OBJECTAGG and JSON_ARRAYAGG are new functions in Azure SQL to build JSON objects and arrays from SQL data or columns. It would be great if these functions could be added to Fabric warehouse as well to further improve support for JSON and allow for greater flexibility when working with semi structured data.
