schedule refresh not working

Some more info would enable others to provide ideas:

1. Any error messages in the scheduled refresh page?
2. Any error messages in the PBIRS logs?
3. Does the web api/page require authentication - did you set the authentication credentials of the report data source(s) in PBIRS?
