Report refresh failures.
PC2790 , Frankly I am not very sure whether it was working or not. This dashboard was maintained by someone else and I took over it after that person left the team. But I am assuming it must be working as the data was updated there.
I did some redesigning of the dashboard both visual and data.
My problem is that the failure details are not enough for me to figure out what is the issue and how to address those.

My problem is that I am not getting enough information from the error? Is there a way I could get more information either locally or from some logs?v-henryk-mstf < is there any other way we can engage so that we can speedily investigate it?

You can collect logs from the on-premises data gateway app to better investigate it, this file is saved to the ODGLogs folder on your Windows desktop in .zip format.

My application was disabled for some time and then I enabled auto refreshed. Auto-refresh worked for few days and today it failed again.
