Hi bhpant ,

 

First, you can follow the suggestions provided by PC2790  to troubleshoot. If the problem still exists, please provide more information screenshots, such as the configuration process, refreshed data source information, error information, etc.

    PC2790 , Frankly I am not very sure whether it was working or not. This dashboard was maintained by someone else and I took over it after that person left the team. But I am assuming it must be working as the data was updated there.

    I did some redesigning of the dashboard both visual and data. 

    My problem is that the failure details are not enough for me to figure out what is the issue and how to address those.
