Report Page URL's in Report Server

Hello, 

Does anyone knowif you can specify Report Page within the URL for reports within Report Server? And if you can, how do you get create these?

I've looked everywhere and can't find any answers to this. Anything I've tried either throws up an error or simply loads the first page of the report, ignoring anything I put in the url.
