Problems with schedule resfresh

Hi everyone!

I have refresh schedule at my reports on PBIRS and it worked good, before I set the second report server instance for mobile server
(I used this instruction Configure a Native Mode Report Server Scale-Out Deployment - SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) | Microsoft Learn)

After that I faced a problem that my schedule started to go sometimes by my first server, and sometimes by my second report server, and if it go by the second, there are always errors on the moment of DataRefresh ItemAction

I tried to follow this steps from Turn Reporting Services Features On or Off - SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) | Microsoft Learn

And frankly speaking amout of Second(mobile) tries of refreshing became less, then it was, but not zero and i still can see them and thereafter errors in refresh schedule
