Ok, this is on  Power BI Report Server, how to do a page size on PowerBI desktop.

Hi LeaRupnik ,

ah ok 😄 sry missunderstanding.

If you go to the right - under the area format (painting brush icon).

There you can set up background, etc. 

If you like to have a standard template for every report you can go here and set-up one:
