power BI reporting services Licensing

Hi All,

My enterprise use SSRS and has a license for SQL Server Enterprise Edition .

According link  we can use power bi report server as well without pay extra.

I've few questions:

1. Are the clients should pay for the service - watch and interact those reports ?

2. Is there possibility to build those reports with direct query to AWS Redshift ?

3. Is there possibility to design reports with enterprise logo same as SSRS ?
