Personal Gateway issue

Hello All,   we were updating the server and after the update, we are having issue with the personal gateaway   Any insights?

    Hi Ad_Khattak, 

     

    You should not run both on the same server, that will result in errors. As lbendlin said, the personal gateway is intended to run locally on your computer, where the standard gateway is intended to run on a server. 

    I see no reason for the personal gateway to be installed on a server, and no reason to use a personal gateway if a standard gateway is configured.

Hello Everyone. Thank you all for the help. We raised a ticket with MS, and as per MS, there is an issue with Nov version of the update. We installed the September version and It is working fine now. Both the gateways are up.
