Personal Gateway issue
Hi Ad_Khattak,
You should not run both on the same server, that will result in errors. As lbendlin said, the personal gateway is intended to run locally on your computer, where the standard gateway is intended to run on a server.
I see no reason for the personal gateway to be installed on a server, and no reason to use a personal gateway if a standard gateway is configured.

THe personal gateway only works for the user that installed it, it doesn't work for other users:
Use a Personal Gateway in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
whether this worked before or not, it is not the intended use case for the personal gateway.
You can try opening a ticket to Microsoft, but likely you will get a response that this is not a supported use case.
