Persistent Filters on Sync Slicers

Hello,

We have a report that has a landing page with slicers that are synced to other tabs. When a user has selected something on Tab 1, and comes back to the landing page to change the filtered option, the selected option on Tab 1 does not go away. The user has to deselect the option on Tab 1 to make it go away, which creates confusion for the users. Is there any way to remove this persistency, so that when the selection is changed on the landing page, all the tabs are automatically updated and the previously selected options are void?
