No you can't have different relationships. The separate tabs just let you view a sub-set of the full model. It is purely a way of filtering the All Tables view, but under the covers it is still just a single data model.
To utilize different relationships you either need to setup inactive relationships and use the USERELATIONSHIP or CROSSFILTER functions within specific measures or create a separate file with another copy of your tables.
