Tengo un conector personalizado en mi PC, necesito conectarlo a Power BI Service para que se actualice, en el PC ya instale gateway, pero en el servicio al realizar la conexión no me aparece la opció...

Did you install the .mez file on all gateway cluster members ?  Did you restart the service on all cluster members? Did you login to the gateway management app on all cluster members  after that?
