Error in scheduled refresh

    Hi Isajp2002 

     

    You must open your file in power bi desktop and check your query Data source for Query1 and resolve the error on the dataset and then re-enable.

     

     

    How to fix it

    1. Check the error details:
      • Navigate to Dataset Settings ā†’ Refresh History.
      • Review the last error message (for example, authentication issue, missing credentials, query timeout).
    2. Resolve the root cause:
      • If it is a gateway issue, ensure the gateway is online and correctly mapped.
      • If it is credentials-related, re-enter them under Data Source Credentials.
      • If it is a query error, validate your transformations in Power Query.
    3. Re-enable scheduled refresh:
      • After resolving the error, go to Dataset Settings ā†’ Scheduled Refresh.
      • Switch Keep your data up to date back to On.

    Common causes

    • Expired credentials (OAuth tokens, database passwords).
    • Gateway offline or not updated.
    • Query changes that break folding or cause timeouts.

Thank you very much for your answer! and yes i did that but somehow the refresh button doesn't appear any more instead this message is shown:
