Couldn't connect to MySQL database data source issue to schedule refresh
Hi everyone,
We're trying to schedule a refresh of our dashboards but we couldn't get through the MySQL data source. The MySQL database that we've connected to is from one of our supplier while our company is using SQL Server. We have successfully tested the connection to the SQL Server source but we're just having error with the MySQL data source (as pictured below).
We have installed the Connector Net v. 28 and also made sure that the credentials we are using are correct. Can you please point out what are we missing here?

Hi rem_time ,
Try to download and installed the latest version of client software,and remember to download 64 bit connector.
