Black slicer apper when change Visual
Hi AngelMN ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
Your slicer shows “(En blanco)” again whenever you press the button that switches the visual. This happens when the button is tied to a bookmark and that bookmark captures data state. When you click the button, the bookmark restores the slicer’s state, including bringing back “(En blanco)” even if you manually unchecked it in the Filter pane.
Please follow below steps.
1. Open the Bookmarks pane, View --> Bookmarks.
2. Select the Bookmark used by the Button, Click the bookmark that your button is triggering.
3. Uncheck "Data" and "All visuals", Click the three dots (…) next to the bookmark and select "Selected visuals".4. Now select only the visuals you want to show/hide and click update option in bookmarks.
Please refer below snap.
I hope this information helps. Please do let us know if you have any further queries.
Regards,
Dinesh
