Black slicer apper when change Visual
Hi AngelMN ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
Your slicer shows “(En blanco)” again whenever you press the button that switches the visual. This happens when the button is tied to a bookmark and that bookmark captures data state. When you click the button, the bookmark restores the slicer’s state, including bringing back “(En blanco)” even if you manually unchecked it in the Filter pane.
Please follow below steps.
1. Open the Bookmarks pane, View --> Bookmarks.
2. Select the Bookmark used by the Button, Click the bookmark that your button is triggering.
3. Uncheck "Data" and "All visuals", Click the three dots (…) next to the bookmark and select "Selected visuals".4. Now select only the visuals you want to show/hide and click update option in bookmarks.
Please refer below snap.
I hope this information helps. Please do let us know if you have any further queries.
Regards,
Dinesh
thanks for your response, I read the post, but the iteraction isn´t with the other left slicer (Periodos), is with the down bottons (Responsable, Formatos), in the picture, I show that we have two botton, these change the rigth grid, and hide the other botton subsecuently, and vicerversa, in this change is when the level (nivel) slicer appear the blank (en blanco) option, and on the filter pane is available the blank (En blanco) option again, with the botton I can´t use edit interactions, thanks again
Ok got it. With the context of your other reply, my question is: Have you check what happens if you select the "blank" value option in the filter option? I assume there need to be data which has no corresponding value related to the attribute "Nivel". And thats why you get them. Maybe worse checking or sharing the model relationships between your tables.
