Visual Resource Load on Gantt Chart
Hello,
I'm newer to Power BI, and trying to build some reporting for my team. Members are allocated to different projects, and I'm trying to build a visualization that shows how heavily utilized everybody is. I'm using Gantt 3.0.12.0 and it's doing most of what I need, but the utilization is proving to be a challenge.
My source data is organized as follows:
The Gantt view I've been able to create is as follows:
I'd like the bars on the Gantt to show a different color for 100% and 1-99%, and be blank for 0%. It could also be a gradient to show the percentage (eg half opacity or color at 50%, etc). Ultimately, when a resource is collapsed (and individual clients aren't viewable), I'd like the summary level bar for that person to differentiate similarly. If it's possible to show planned vs confirmed work too, that would be a bonus.
Has anybody done something similar before? Or does anybody know where to start with the Gantt control?

With regular Gantt chart you can't achieve it.
