Usage Reports
Hi, at my workplace BI platform team uses 'Power BI Audit Logs' and they created one semantic model that we can use to query the report usages across workspaces. This will also give all reports' historical usage data instead of just 3 month/1 month past usages by default.
For enabling audit logs, it would be same as in your company. You might need to reach out to BI/IT Admins and request them to do this through MS 365.
Hope it helps:)

Super User
liligs Hey,
Yes, it's possible to track report usage across different workspaces in Power BI using the Power BI Admin Portal and Activity Log:
If you have admin rights, access the Power BI Admin Portal to view usage metrics and activities across all workspaces.
Use the Power BI activity log to export data on report usage, which includes details on views and interactions. This will give insights into which reports are more frequently used across different workspaces.
- You can configure usgae metric in all workspace and then export that in excel from all workspace in a sharepoint folder.
- append all data in a excel file.
- Create a custom dashboard within Power BI utilizing the exported activity log data to visualize and analyze report usage trends.
Thanks
Harish KM
