Specific filter for each user

Hi all

I have a report that I need to share with some of my colleagues.

Is it possible to share my report with a specific filter for each user. 

For example, the report needs to be filtered to Department A for user A, department B for user B etc.

I feel like I read about this functionality some time ago but I havent found anything on google..
