Sharing dashboard
Hi I shared one of my dashboards with colleagus, but Dashboard doesn´t appear when they sign , I can t find why. Do you have any ideas?
Even link to dashboard, doesn´t work.

pstanek If it is with user that is outside your organisation then it doesn't appear when they sign, instead they will only have to click the link in their email they would have received when you shared. Also if a user is within your organisation ask them to click on the email link and see what happens. What is the error you get when clicked on the link ?

In your scenario, please follow steps below to check the issue:
1. Did you share a dashboard with your colleagues before or recently? Please check if the recipients are specified in Access tab.
2. Did the shared dashboard contains Pro features? Did your colleagues have Pro license or free?
3. Were you and your colleagues in the same organization? As ankitpatira suggested, please let your colleagues click the link from email to see if dashboard display.
