Scorecard with Connected Value- Show Past Progress

Hello,

I've created a scorecard, which tracks monthly values connected to a BI report.

The data begins at the start of the year (1/2022).

 

My problem is that it only tracks progress from this point forward.

Is there a way to force it to display the monthly trend on the "Progrss" column, as if we started tracking those goals at the start of 2022?
