Scheduled Refresh Error

Hi Everyone    Am getting this type of error. But Gateway Connection and network Speed also fine. i try to resolve it. but i cannot do it. please sort me out.

Hi Anonymous 

the data source is not correctly configured in your Gateway, check the data source credentials.

        Hi Anonymous 

        It's been a month since we last discussed, did you get it working? 

        Did you add the Data sources/ server to the Gateway?

        Also you might want to update the Gateway
