Scheduled Cache Refresh and Query Cache

The Query Caching is automatically controlled by the Power BI Service.
If there is a change to the underlying dataset the Power BI engine is smart enough to know that there has been a change. It will then expire the cash so it gets the latest data.Also the Query Cache does have a limit (Not sure what that is and will expire after a certain time)
I have found that this works really well and you always get the latest data.

No it will actuall speed things up, the engine is VERY good at making things faster!
