Resolver ISchedule Data Refresh when Computer is Shut Off?

Gateway machine should be always up and running to cater for data refresh queries.
if your computer was shut off, the Personal Gateway is offline or could not be reached.
You will have to keep my computer on at all times (or locked) for schedule refresh.

I have installed the on-premise data gateway on my computer and shared it with another user in my organization who has the Power BI that needs to be refreshed on a schedule. She is connected to this on-premise data gateway because it showed up on her account (because I shared it with her email). If I keep my computer on at all times and she turns her computer off, will the on-premise data gateway work for her and refresh her dashboard? Or does both our computers need to be on at all times?
