    Hi all,

    Thank you for your responses and input. It appears that the issue was related to the workspace configuration - specifically, it is a development environment that restricts access to users with a Pro license only.

Hello ALZK,

This looks like a licensing thing rather than workspace roles.
After moving it, the new workspace may no longer be in Premium capacity.
If that’s the case, users will need a Pro license, which explains why they’re seeing the “Buy now” prompt.
Check: Workspace → Settings → Premium.
If you’re using cross-workspace scenarios, also confirm users have access to both the report and the semantic model (dataset).
