Pricing

Hello

Just a quick question regarding pricing. I have checked the website and I'm still unsure on it. 

Our company seems to have a Power BI which I can access through my Corp ID, I have created reports and dashboard, on what seems the free version, but if I want to share those I need at least Power BI Pro, does that mean also the colleague I share the report with also need Power BI Pro?
