    Hi sakumar,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.

Power bi does not have a direct 'data-driven subscription' feature like SSRS, where you can use an sql query to populate parameters dynamically. But we can achieve a similar functionality using Dynamic per Recipient Subscription in Power bi paginated reports.

    • Create a SQL table that stores recipient emails and report parameters and add this table to the power bi dataset.
    • In the power bi service, go to the paginated report and select Dynamic per recipient subscription. This option is only available in Power BI Premium or Fabric capacities, please make a note of it.
    • And then map the subscription fields to report parameters.
