multiple Reports for a single subscription

Good morning,

since a few days we receive multiple subscription reports for a single dashboard or report subscription.

Example:
The dashboard requested needs to be generated at 22:00.

But there are multiple emails for the same report generated. 

The recipients are not amused.

What to do?
