Help please - Couldn't load visuals error
Hello!
Hoping for some help - my team has created a PowerBI with RLS security.
2 users are unable to view the visuals of the PowerBI but everyone else can view. After clearing cache, 2 of the 3 tabs are now showing data. The 3rd tab, the visuals will populate for a minute and then will refresh to show "couldn't load visuals" error.
We've cleared cache/cookies, tried opening in another browser, added https://pbivisuals.powerbi.com to their approved pop up sites. Anything else we can try?

If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .Hi LinDough ,
Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:
1.Ensure that there is no problem with the table data source.
2.Check that the users have the permissions to view the third table visuals when set RLS.

Would this affect only certain users though? We have RLS set up exactly the same for multiple users. In the same RLS group, 1 user can see content, 1 cannot.
Would this affect only certain users though? When we reset the filters/visuals - most users see content, only a selected few people cannot see content.
