Export underlying Data to Excel
Hi, Export underlying and summarized data option is selected. Still, when I try to export the data, the Export the underlying data option is disabled, and it says currently underlying data can only be exported into an Excel doc(.xlsx).
In the File format, only .csv format is available. I have excel version 2015 installed on my windows computer.

Please make sure export enable in your report
as well as on your Power BI Admin Portal
Once enabled you would be able to export data.

Yes, Export both Summarized data and the underlying data option is selected, but I can only export the summarized data to .csv files.

Even for the summarized data, export to .xlsx file format is not available.Are you trying to export the data from Power BI desktop or Web ?

Yes, in the report settings, Export Summarized data and underlying data option is selected.
