Email Subscription External User

Hi, may I know for these scenarios, can external users (who we have already onboard in Azure) receive email subscription from Power BI apps: Free users (no paid license), access to Apps in Pro Wor...

    Scenario 1: Not supported since Pro workspaces require a Pro or PPU license for content consumption, so free external users cannot access the app at all.

     

    Scenario 2: For free external users to access Fabric capacity apps without a paid license, the workspace must be on F64 or higher (or equivalent P1 and above). On smaller Fabric SKUs like F2, F4, F8 etc., external users still need a Pro or PPU license to consume content.

     

    Scenario 3: For Trial capacity, free external users cannot reliably use email subscriptions. Trial capacity does not grant the same free user consumption rights as F64+.
