Dataset refresh not working

Hello

I am getting issue with refreshing my dataset in Power BI portal. I made sure that Authentication method in Power BI desktop is same as that of online portal . It's set as "Anonymous" as per below screenshot. 

 

 

 

And In Power BI online portal , it's also Anonymous. The authenticaton method seems same for Power BI desktop and online portal but when I go in the workspace and try to refresh dataset in Power BI portal then it throws error message as below:

    Hi Anonymous ,

    I want to confirm something with you:

    1. what is your data source?

    2. what is your connection type? Import, Direct Query or Live Connection

    3. Do you use the Gateway? If use, please tell me Gateway type

     

    Suggestion: Please try to use other authenticaton types to refresh.

      Hi Anonymous , My data source is Jira and I am using live connection(Web API) for Power BI and Jira integration . Yes I have installed personal mode data gateway but the refresh doesn't work . 

       

      Also when I was trying to refresh the query , I just found out that if I go into Power query editor on Power BI desktop and open advanced editor to see the text of the query and change the maxResults to 800 then refresh on that query works fine and if it's more than 800 then it gives me  Stack overflow error message . Please see below :
